FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we ship Australia wide via AUSPOST.  Shipping costs are calculated according to weight at checkout.  We offer a flat rate for both Standard & Express Shipping, you'll be guided to select your preference at checkout.

 

Do you ship Interantionally?

Yes, we ship to any destination but the process is not standardised, please drop us a mail and we will cost the shipping for the job.

How long will it take to get my order?

The majority of JUSTLAD prducts are in stock as indicated on the product page, items will be dispatched within 5 business days. In the event this goes wrong, you will be contacted with updated delivery dates.

Postage delivery times depend on where you live. Metro Melbourne orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive from the date of dispatch.  Regional & Interstate are dependent on postal delivery service and will take longer.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If your item is a gift that you need for a particular date, please ensure you order at least two weeks before you'd like to receive it, to avoid disappointment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post parcels, both Express & Standard.  You'll be asked to select your preference at checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, and take pride in the quality and care given to them before they are sent to you.  If you believe the product has been damaged or broken; please let us know. 

Can I get my product personalised?

Yes, although this will be costed separately and will take a bit longer to dispatch
